Maintenance on the D2-D3 Alloy Gate required the construction and removal of a large scaffolding structure which was a time consuming and a costly exercise. Graeme Leer was given the task to develop a maintenance structure that could be installed and removed quickly, thus reducing the shutdown time and saving the client money.
